As per the HotCopper site, this thread itself has generated 12,000 views. Many of the BRN threads have hundreds of thousands to millions of views. I would not consider this an "irrelevant quantum". I would argue this is more than enough reach that if naïve retail investors blindly believe the bullish unsubstantiated claims made here (and across social media and other stock forums) it could easily help inflate the share price.
In terms of Magik Eye, there was a whole thread discussing the lack of information coming from BRN about the status of their partnership.
