This is a good business with bad mgmt , they have no money and sre owns 63% of mzi , sre directors also include mk and son , bad managers who erode sholders wealth and i have been burnt 3 times too many with mon( now swa ) rcp and sre etc they throw away sholders money and stack there board up with many directors and give them heaps of options etc etc hence i will only invest in the co if they remove the board.
