    I get your drift, but it's not quite the way I see it at the moment. In the meantime, I will do some further research into the ASX Listing Rules to try to get a definitive answer, before crystalizing my thoughts.

    Before I go, I will leave you with something to ponder.

    If the shareholders voted it down, what would happen to any monies already received and probably used.
