IMO the last main thing about the National Lithium Policy that has not yet been defined is the strategic vs non-strategic designation of specific salars/projects. I suspect that following the court failures from the Treasury in their unsuccessful attempt at disrupting MSB and simco in maricunga, imo only post 1979 properties will be on the table for designating them strategic, because the state doesn't control any part of these properties and they only exist in maricunga pretty much. The ministers have claimed that more information will becoming out this month related to the strategic vs non-strategic designation. Things are looking good so far for MSB and LPI. I imagine the financing conversations are likely progressing following these recent events. Would be a great time to have some sort of catalyst related to financing.
