Spot on.... it wont happen.....ordinarily.
What somehow needs to be done is for a top 20 SH or combo of SH's with 5% or more to present a 249D notice to the current BoD.
Then..... a 249D T/O is voted on by all SH's from there.
The new BoD if 249D was 'won' would then consist of that 20% or their electives.
Doesn't happen often.... but one can hope.
