They need commercial agreements in place for WGL before they think about IPO. This market is punishing pre-revenue companies at the moment. Look how far LIS has fallen since its IPO and its batteries and production plants are much further along then when it listed, big reason is its still not generating revenues. Towards the end of next year before IPO I'd suspect but its just a guess so who knows.
