Hopefully ppk issues special dividends like they did with lis to ppk holders.
I doubt ppk would do that at a point where ppk is very undervalued. If the run continues closer to $5 maybe they would consider.
Speculation above, but logical as they wouldnt give away WGL shares for nothing.
