    Late friday ANN of prospectus to issue 500 shares at 20 cents ?

    What does it mean apart from a waste of paper ?

    These clowns have a lot to answer for , IMHO . Shares were 30 cents a few weeks ago now down to 20 cents . They must have been aware of this potential tanking when they made the ridiculously undrerpriced issue . Not happy Jan.
