Sbm has signed- it’s varying the terms- genesis has don’t it’s part and raised capital and it’s subject to scheme being approved by court
not sure why srl is bothering other than to show that Sbm for whatever reason didn’t open the door to some competitive bidding prior to entering a sale agreement which is along way down the road to creat hooooooover house prices
or is slr trying to get its share price down as it’s been belted since news broke they were locked out
seems odd to me- deal appears to have been done—-and some terms varied after both parties agreed and genesis raised a bucked load of capital most of which goes to Sbm on completion — why is slr wasting time and money?
can imagine there would be severe costs to Sbm breaking a deal at this stage that has been chugging along?
