Agree 100% with this comment and if anyone thinks the remaining 30% finance is going to make a difference to the SP good luck with that logic, however in my opinion the only logical explanation for the protracted discussions involving NRZ, PwC and Barrenjoey now could only be related to a takeover offer, nothing else makes sense.
