    I know EV1 was split from MVL. But because MVL is now trading of negative value if we factor in the 50m EV1 shares they hold.
    Would it be wise for EV1 to take over MVL to prevent the pressure on the share price when the 50m shares escrow period ends this year.
    Just a thought.
