Also good to note that the record date was yesterday, so that stops many who just jump on & sell to make a quick buck at the expense of other holders.
An odd statement that stock will be sold to "major, long-only institutional investors and significant existing shareholders" but how can they make sure of that ? Many of the bigger ones maybe won't short themselves but will lend out stock to shorting parasites as hard as they can.
