driven into the ground only to be snatched cheap by Wentronic - the fact the board agreed to a $250,000 break fee shows a particular degree of ineptitude in itself. also makes the 7c NTA they kept banging on about to keep investors distracted from their performance sound like a whole lot of BS. they talk about a premium to a crappy price but not the discount to NTA?????? shenanigans all around!
