    I’m not ranting in this post - agree it’s what we’ve got so I trust they’ll do their best to get it done.

    If there are new SI that were part of the raise then who knows what they’ll do - the likes of Tribe and Rohan I assume are in for he long haul, which does provide a degree of comfort
