    Good afternoon S.O.

I would be interested in your responses as you like to ask questions about the stock and put questions to CGB members.

    * Note * In asking these questions I am not defending the company. My money is in the toilet like everyone else and I am staggered that there have been no updates out of the barn yet.

"How do you know their balance sheet is healthy?" How do you know it is not?

I know we are all waiting for the missing H/Y and Quarterly and must go by the last Financials, but I am curious, as a shareholder, myself, can you help us or do you perhaps have, or are privy to any information, not known to the market, to make you think that CGB does not hold a healthy balance? I also have not seen any evidence to date that the ship is sinking either, just held up in dock. B****y frustrating, if I may so.

"How much has been spent of travel, due diligence, legals, BOD etc for the potential "acquisitions". Can't be cheap undertaking months of research, due diligence etc on potential acquisitions..."

I am curious as to your concern I thought these costs are all part of normal expenditures if your partners are International and Interstate and you are negotiating or investigating deals during non-market trading periods.

"Are you privvy to information regarding their financial position that hasn't been released to the market?"

Again, an interesting question? Can you help us with any information. You don't hold stock but come over from time to time to ask these direct questions. I guess I am just curious as I read other posts outside CGB.

"Without such information, your assertion of a healthy balance sheet is unsubstantiated and sounds like a desperate holder grasping at straws."

None of us knows the correct balance sheet but cutting back wages and trimming the company would indicate to me that any company that does this, particularly when we viewing a failing sector, and after 2 years of COVID, and failed deals, maybe, and definitely should be trying to do just that...preserve a healthy cash balance. (assumption without current evidence - but supported by last financials) I am just not happy that we are not being updated more regularly, as a shareholder.

"Is it possible they don't have a healthy balance sheet and this is partially the reason for ongoing suspension and failure to produce financial reporting on time or at all to this point of time?"

Again a very specific question to the member and to this forum. Are you aware of any unreleased information to market that could help us? I know we would all be grateful for some insight into our holdings. I am having difficulty getting returned correspondence.

    Thank you Stock Observer.
