if one looks at those 'change of holding' ie the 5% holder Street sense, has openly traded ie shorting.
with that if one looks at the time line to return those loaned shares to them or others NO time line is given,
so those that borrow shares can sit out the ups and downs of what they might do, but at these leave will get caught out

think the M&A that is around is also having a pump, I thought we would be on the menu of several, I still looking for that $2,
they was an announcemnt as to forward looking on production ... but that was noted as next year..why so long? are they just be cautious with timelines, we should surely get that much much earlier
