It's gas - don't ask about flow rates yet. If we knew what the flow rate was you'd already be reading about it. It's price dependent.
Cash requirements? Again that depends on the discovery.
Timeframe? That depends on whether the ECB and the US FED collapse at the same time. But a crystal ball.
The onshore blocks are prospective.
Rigs - It's a function of when you can get a rig. The company has farmed out the offshore block but had the rig lined up a long time back due to timing restraints offshore. The timing of the onshore well has been delayed by the time taken to farm out the project to get the funding and also drilling rig schedules.
