They are on the cusp of doing it at $0.10 or $0.50. Probably just needs another two holes to achieve the latter so could go either way.
Yes a CR is getting close, however if need be, perhaps GBR could provide them a short-term advance if required, which could be just enough to raise at the higher level in the new financial year.
