Solid performer since listing. Cohen & Steers are excellent managers but 1.2% fee is at the higher end of many funds:
It appears they have invested most of the monies from the recent capital raise as cash holding is only 2.3%.
Currently trading at 10% discount to NTA and 5% below SPP price $2.35.
One of the better LIT's IMO but with dividend yield ~3.5%, why would you invest in this when you can get 4.5% risk free in a bank deposit?
I was in ALI from the IPO but sold out prior to recent SPP. Market sentiment is against managed funds in the current environment.
