Your last paragraph is spot on and so very obvious I would think and for a different analogy - A young girl just about to blossom and start turning heads. So I wonder if our BOD have had other discussion's RE merger's ( The RIO rumors maybe had substance) with other Companies and we have ended up here as the best option. If so it would be highly unlikely that this won't go through even considering the surprise or perceived surprise ( These boys have always had the heads up , at least with the GXY BOD in the past) the analyst's portrayed at the call. I also wonder why a dual listing can't be a possibility ?
