Having missed the budget speak this week I was going to watch a replay. To save time does anyone know at what point in time the treasurer talked about ADO and funding being given in order to avoid a capital raise. As it's pretty important I assume it would have been either right at the start or saved until the end for a big finish as a budget highlight.
