Great work Chicarno! My retired Barrister friend followed this case through his online legal resources to learn this fact. He even researched the Federal Court Judges before the action took place. Said the appointed case Judge was very experienced after reading through some of his past Judgement's. His analysis was pre-hearing, this Judge will see through any misleading or deceptive information in the case. Post case, he read the Judges transcript, he called it as he saw it. The other side in short, was nonsense. The Judgement ruled in favour of Vitrinite.

EXPOSE THIS BOARD FOR WHAT THEY ARE.

I am calling the stock market regulators on monday to ask the official status of X64, i.e. Voluntary or Enforced (by regulators); as the listing rules indicate X64 status has been enforced by the regulators.

Let's see what other misleading & deceptive statements can be drawn out with this recalcitrant BOARD, the understatement of the year.
