No, I said we need to stop treating them as victims, so definitely not a continuation of what we've been doing. Get rid of mining royalties, stop paying them to live out in the middle of nowhere where they have no future and their lives have no meaning, they either assimilate into modern Australia or they live a true traditional life in the outback with no welfare/medicare/etc.
Continuing treating them as victims like you want to do is a road to nowhere, increasing the "positive" discrimination will lead to worse outcomes
