If its around $25 add on fee for a reduit Boost thats $1mil in revenue to IPSY, so if we got half that... its ok.

Reviews are beginning to roll..
legitimate concerns are being raised once again around app useability, product pairing issues and a confusing manual leaving some to be quick to conclusions in their reviews. There are many good ones too.

From my personal experience and from scanning the reviews to date, Paul needs to update the manual (this is a basic need for our product to deliver) it needs to be a clear set of directions in order that a consumer can use it quickly and properly in a few easy steps. Inspiring confidence in its first use is what Reduit Boost needs in its next phase in development and any future campaigns. You can see in the reviews its really frustrating people.
The consumer needs to know quickly that their product is actually in communication with the Reduit Boost... This should be very clear to the person in its first use... at the moment it is not. Some more tech savy get it... The rest are quick to give up and harshly/bluntly review. Once again inspiring confidence right off the bat is what Reduit Boost needs to achieve to be a gamechanger.
