Lind Fund II which was the largest shareholder sold down from ~14% to 4.95% before trading was suspended.
I calculated their average sale price as 0.8-0.9 cents/ share
They are buying back for 0.5 cents.
They will probably take up the shortfall as well.
Also did you guys see that SVL own >5% of Thomsons as well?
