I already have an LFP battery as part of my portable camping power station. Upgrading from lead acid, it was amazing how much smaller and lighter it was. Even when not camping I keep it in the vehicle as I drive a lot of km's for work and guaranteed my laptop battery will be flat whenever I have to pull over for a support call in the middle of nowhere. Just plug in to the inverter and off I go. They seem to hold their charge reasonably well with infrequent use. Sometimes I charge it at home from AC with a trickle controller, but normally I charge it by solar panel at picnics, camping etc. So versatile and of course you are always popular at these outdoor activities when you have music, lighting, refridgeration and a place people can charge their phones Makes parking somewhere for a few days a lot more comfortable.
