Yeah lancelots , I also contacted ASIC when the ASX refused to give Metalstorm a trading halt when they requested one, after about the third failure by AFHL to deliver, they told me to fill out an electronic complaint which I promptly did, that was on a Friday, On the following Monday I got a phone call from ASIC asking me to explain further my reasons, I told them what I thought, they then said my complaint would be submitted, I then received some correspondence from them a few days later saying that my complaint had been logged, they then went on to say that I may possibly never hear nothing more on the matter as it was ASIC policy not to disclose any outcomes in most cases, YEAH RIGHT!

I had asked Lee if I could post the fact that they had asked for a Trading Halt and the fact that they were refused by the ASX, when I lodged my complaint to ASIC I told Lee I had done so out of courtesy to him, he told me he wished I hadn't done that, as he was in big trouble with the ASX for telling me he had asked them for the it and then allowing me to post that fact, my question to the ASX is why, wasn't that "material information" to inform the market? what was wrong with his disclosure? unless they had something to hide in the first place!
