shareholders benefits

I've watched this from afar for quite some time, although it seems very quiet here, which may be a good thing. It will be interesting to see how its trading post all these big film releases. I believe in the LT fundamentals of the cinema but not too sure about the hotels, does anyone agree/disagree?

Also does anyone know how many shares must be purchased for the entitlements, and if this is sustainable in the long term.
