Just because a clinical advance hasn't been announced doesn't mean it can't be discussed.
Dominissini's secret findings were a major clinical advance.
Unfortunately, we can't be told about it yet.
But that hasn't stopped us from discussing it.
Also, we've discussed in detail the meaning of a price sensitive eyebrow movement. One holder even posted their own eyebrows.
In conclusion, yes some publicly announced clinical event would be a welcome distraction.
