I don't mind reading some bs on this site, but when something is obviously factually incoorect to even blind freddy.
I am pretty sure the number and size of the allotments to sophisticated investors via Intersiuisse was not made public and given the requirement of a Sop Inv it is very likely that there were more than 2 investors of 1 mio and one of 500k to make up the issue of 10mio shares.
So unless you get a daily top 20 direct from LUM, you can't possibly know!
