To be fair it could happen any time between now and September. It definitely has to be by September. There has to be a declaration by the US body involved with deciding about the US Medicare issue by September.
We may hear something when the PEB FY Report is released on 25 May but I doubt it. I think management will be keeping quiet and working behind the scenes to get a positive outcome. Speaking out at this stage could be prejudicial to PEB gaining the approval it requires.
