exactly my thinking too, but they will pass it for more $,
just depend's how long it drag's on for is the question.
My alternate theory, is How can we be /run a bull market prior to a recession,
I know we're over the 200Ema, many positive to the sector,
yet could Litho's be immune from a small black swan..
