The strategic fit of Youanmi for RMS is pretty obvious but RMS are lazy when it comes to takeovers. They could have swooped on RXL when the Scoping Study was released but they appear to wait for a project to be substantially de-risked and then pay top dollar to acquire an asset. I think that the RXL share price will naturally gravitate towards $0.60 after the next couple of announcements (next announcement is likely on Monday morning or before RR’s Mining Conference presentation on Tuesday afternoon) so with a reasonable takeover premium $0.85 will be in play.

it is a poor strategic fit for RMS given Youanmi is REFRACTORY.
