There are restrictions placed on companies doing a buy back, for pretty obvious reasons.
The buy back spans a year commencing May 12th 2023.
KGN are not allowed to buy when price has exceeded more than 5% vwap over the previous 5 trading days.
They state they are committed to the full buy back which is approximately 10m shares over the next 12 months.
