The mozaic of different owners of tenements at Olaroz-Cauchari-Paso vs Kachi has me wondering about re-injection & whether that will introduce it's own layer of constraints/delays.
Kachi with mountains either side & continuous tenement layout, IMO, if planning to put brine ex a bit of Lithium back into the salar may be made simpler & thus quicker - in terms of negotiation with neighbours if you own the block. No doubt complex hydrogeological mapping is still needed, however if you are putting brine back in to a reservoir fully contained within the perimeter of your tenements, my thinking is this will make a difference.
