Wonder if SIG are going to be happy with this deal. They bought in at $2.43 around June last year. So with the current deal they're going to get a little over a $1 a share--which is less than half their investment. Pretty certain that SIG don't give a rat's toss bag about the OZ and Canadian businesses. They're currently the largest shareholder with over 12%. Unless I'm missing something...the old man at SIG didn't get to where he is in life by taking shitty deals like this. Wonder if SIG were "in the tent" during this fanatics deal or if they've only just been made aware like the rest of us. Interesting to see what way SIG votes on this.
