I found this quote from a Volpara press release from a few months ago a bit quizzical, not clear why they would be celebrating this when they have made big play in the last year of reducing the number of women employed at Volpara to 40% in order to meet their gender targets of 20% of employees coming from the "other" bucket.

Maybe the 20% "other" could be read as "any".... as in could be male/female/other....
