I have a question for you and no answer is required. I suggest you answer it to yourself only. Think before assuming an answer. How aware were you of the impact of REE pricing on Lynas over the last year and probably at least one more year? Many on this board thought MAL license restrictions were a big deal. REE prices will cause a much bigger drop in Revenue and profits than a 3 month shut down ever will. According to AL in Q3 CC the shut down would cause the equivalent of a 3 Month Loss of revenue. 25%. Prices are down over 50%. Not sure how aware especially on this board people are of that impact.
Could you define what supplies to Free world means. With the minor growth in Lynas's out put and large growth in China's out put they are now less than 10 % of WW supply. Even Japan still buys over 50 % from China. Would realy like toy to define your terms a little more. Include some back up.
