I think some don't appreciate the effect a change of local government could/would have on the 10tpa approval. I agree with a previous poster, can't remember, who suggested government likely in caretaker mode and can't do any sign offs.
I think we take for granted a relatively boring/stable government in Aus where controversy is who is rooting their secretaries and Bob Katter trailing off about crocs.
