I'm about 30kg over & was shocked to read excess caffeine could be responsible....you wouldnt want to be near me if I wean myself off that, lol.

I also drink a lot of diet coke....not for health reasons, but because I find the "real thing" too sweet to my taste.
I read that aspartame can also cause obesity...

Also drink my nightly diet of beer/scotch.
On the positive side, I dont think I eat too much :-)

So what chance do I have of being slim/trim?
