It was not me that initially mentioned litigation but it was me that said that litigation has nothing to do with EXT.
Maybe a little more thought might be needed prior to posting accusations that I was implying that litigations were a possiblity as this is not the case.
It is best to just stick to talking about EXT rather than having a go at posters.
