For the first time in the 2+ years I have heard this rhetoric regarding management should buy shares, only now do I agree.

All fundamentals for the Phase III trial have now been derisked to catalyst; trial recruitment is all steam ahead, more trial centres each month being opened each month, trial readout on the horizon.

Biotechs and small caps falling off a cliff due to macro, not helped by a seed investor selling for 20 bags to lock in profits against losses this year.. now would be the time to buy $10-20k each and mark the bottom, show some confidence.

As for IXC share performance - the most simple answer is usually the correct answer. A single seed investor has sold 1M shares in the last month in an amateurish fashion, with him continuing to sell/exhaust his holding which should be close to being done. Fundamentals all seem in check with no other sub holder budging = a temporary share dislocation as this seed investor sells.

Any fundamental change to the trial would have to be announced as its material, any sub holder change or director sell would have to be announced within 24 hours. So to me, all fundamentals with the company are strong and in check, with a single seed investor causing havoc. His share holding cant last forever. Staying tight here and riding the macro waves.
