what we think its worth is irrelevant. Most bids succeed with a 30-100% premium.
can only blame the market for the starting price at which the premium is added to.
a 76% premium and it would be game set and match tomorrow.
and don't bother saying "we will vote against it". we have all seen how pitiful those numbers have been in recent votes against management
