Potential for Oil to be Reservoired in the Pebbly Arkose

Hi All,

For those interested, just Posting a summary of my review into the potential for oil to be reservoired in the Pebbly Arkose.

I'm particularly interested in the potential for the 200m thick shale, lying at the top of the Upper Angwa, to be an oil source for the Pebbly Arkose given recent information from IVZ regarding oil within the shallower Upper Angwa reservoirs. And how this oil has been likely sourced from shales within the Alternation Sequences that also contain the oil charged reservoirs.

IMO, a lot of other "tantalizing" information has been released / alluded to by SM that has me bullish on the Pebbly Arkose's potential. I have covered other key aspects, as I see then, relating to the Pebbly Arkose in a recent Post Link below.
