But- to be absolutely fair, both have had concerns for some time and have sold down/out previously at higher sp levels- so kudos to them.
I admire their resolve and decisiveness to act, even though I have opposing views and might prickle at some of their commentary.

AT the end of the day, maybe longer than I had originally hoped for, but in time- I'm betting I'm right, and they are wrong, and that's why I continued to accumulate EXR shares, whenever able, on my mission to a 5 million holding, having 1st bought in late 2019.

Doesn't make me better, or worse than those chaps- we're just on different sides of the ledger in a manner of speaking.
