if you are still a shareholder here and unhappy with how things are progressing (imagine this is everyone who reads this board), I would highly encourage you to vote AGAINST the re-election of the current crop of directors, or if not that then AGAINST the remuneration report. i am of course continuing to work on a more holistic solution here, but in the interim, a strong No vote against the current directors and Remuneration report in particular is actually quite a useful and well-followed mechanism to garner more popular support (and press) for boardroom change.you would need to reach out to your proxy (eg your broker), and instruct them how to vote and there may be some token fee for voting but it is well worth it, in my view.

Agreed here, one point that concerns me is the lack of share purchases from Directors. Seems like free money for them if they're looking to wind-up in an orderly fashion
