    sophs are taking profits and will do until 2.2 is wiped out.
    haven't seen one spec stock hold up in a CR lately

    Look at PEN
    CR at 4c fully subscribed, never had a bad announcement, share holders participate etc. Sold down to 2.8 last week.

    Everyone will get their 2.2 with patience
