there is a little different scenario, if PP & VOX take the control of the junta and PSOE wins the city hall of Cáceres could be a little position change from Salaya trying to be against PP & VOX and Denny the modification of the PGM, best scenario now is PSOE wins la Junta and Salaya remains in Cáceres. This will let the project go further..as MOR1 Explain the position of UP inside the junta will be minimum and can achieve the support for the project from other parties.
