    If anyone wants to know what a rent tax is ask a Westfield shop leaseholder. Shops have their rent based on the profitability of their business. The shopkeepers could take their business elsewhere, but shopping centres are based on the same formula. So will the miners take their business elsewhere or will they find that the same formula is going to be based worldwide. Truth seems to be the first casualty of war.
