Anyone know the tax implications for the special Divya verses the capitol loss expected once paid?
im assuming the dividend will be taxed at normal income rates while the eventual sell where the SP falls by $1-1.20 will be a capital Gains loss? (Unless you're a trader)
trying to weigh up if there's money to be made here?!?
i feel for holders though have been watching PBH for a Loooong time. The US expectations were a bit over the top.
